SUBSTANCE: invention relates to signaling systems and controls warning values of drive motor parameters. In gas piston engine warning system, made with possibility of automatic switching on when engine reaches preset speed and containing instrumentation, installed on engine and containing pipelines for connection with measured medium, said instruments are combined into groups, each of which is connected to a corresponding digital multichannel meter, comprising a measuring unit and a digital control unit installed in the local control panel and configured to turn on the warning light, when warning values of parameters of gas piston engine are achieved, as well as decoding of warning signals, as well as decoding of warning signals and their memorization. Controlled parameters of gas piston engine: minimum pressure of lubricating oil at inlet to gas piston engine from pressure sensor; minimum pressure of lubricating oil at the inlet of the turbo compressor from the pressure sensor; differential pressure on oil filter from pressure sensors; minimum pressure of cooling liquid at the inlet of the gas piston engine from the pressure sensor; minimum pressure of cooling liquid of external circuit from pressure sensor; minimum fuel gas pressure from pressure switch; minimum starting air pressure from the pressure sensor; minimum control air pressure from pressure switch; minimum level of lubricating oil from liquid level sensor; minimum level of coolant from liquid level sensor; maximum temperature of the cooling liquid of the external circuit from the temperature sensor; maximum temperature of the lubricating oil at the inlet to the gas piston engine from the temperature sensor; maximum temperature of lubing oil at engine outlet from temperature sensor; maximum temperature of exhaust gases at the outlet of each cylinder from temperature sensors; deviation from the average temperature of the exhaust gases for each cylinder; maximum coolant temperature at the outlet of each cylinder from temperature sensors; deviation from the average temperature of the coolant at the outlet of each cylinder; maximum temperature of crankshaft main bearings from temperature sensors; and deviation from average temperature of crankshaft main bearings.

EFFECT: wider range of warning signaling systems for a gas piston engine.
