EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the possibility of obtaining a stationary readiness coefficient of the IEU RZA of the CPS, taking into account the multifactor analysis, which allows us to estimate the probability of finding the IEU RZA of the CPS in a working state in an arbitrary point in time, to assess the reliability of the RPA IEU under certain conditions, as well as to improve the quality of operational and technological management of the RPA subsystem of the DPS when conducting computer attacks against it.
