Center of collection and analysis of information on road accidents has wireless communication receiver coupled over air to unit of wireless data transmission aboard vehicle, units of primary and secondary processing of data from vehicles and decision making unit connected in series. Decision making unit is built with potential for support of services of urgent medical assistance and rescue.
