FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to devices included in the casing assembly and intended for hydraulic fracturing of an oil-bearing formation. The coupling for hydraulic fracturing in a well contains a body in the form of a pipe with hydraulic fracturing ports installed in it, made in the form of radial stepped holes evenly spaced around the circumference, the boring of the inner stage of which, facing the longitudinal axis of the coupling, is made with a diameter of D1, and the boring of the outer stage facing the borehole wall, made with a diameter D2, sequentially installed in the bores of the outer steps of radial stepped holes from the inner wall of the casing to its outer wall, bursting discs of the design thickness, screw ring stoppers and plugs that block the flow of liquid to the bursting discs from outside the housing, while between the plugs and the bursting discs in the ports are formed sealed cavities filled with air at atmospheric pressure, sealing elements that seal the fixed joints of parts, and a sealant that blocks contact of the plugs with liquid from outside the case. Each plug is stationary and made of brittle metal, such as cast iron, in the form of a stepped annular cylinder with a hole diameter D3. The depth stage of the annular plug cylinder is installed above the rupture disc and interacts with the screw annular stopper. The outer stage with the outer diameter D4 has a dome in the form of a circular cone, having a diameter D5 at the base and with the top facing the borehole wall, in which a conical bore is made, having a diameter D3 at the base. The taper and bore are concentric with equal draft angles. On the outer surface of the cone, there are annular grooves and slots evenly spaced on its conical surface and evenly spaced along the generatrixes. The diameters D1, D2, D3, D4 and D5 satisfy the relationship D2>D4>D5>D3>D1.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and reduced operating costs when using the coupling.
