SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a data processing method, a hardware device, a device and an information carrier. A data processing method, a hardware device, a device and an information carrier are proposed, the method includes: obtaining the first target result data in accordance with the original ultrasonic echo signal, the first target result data includes a parameter associated with the detected object; performing feature extraction on the first target output data using the pretrained feature extraction model to obtain the second target output data; and performing appropriate processing on the detected object based on the second target result data.
