FIELD: mechanism monitoring.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for monitoring the technical condition of mechanisms. When implementing the method, at the informative point of the surface associated with the equipment that contains the mechanisms, a round-shaped mark is applied and two numbered sequences of images of this mark are created: one with the controlled equipment turned off, the other with it working. The first of these sequences is taken as the primary reference sequence, and the second as the reference image sequence of the mark. Each element of these sequences is subjected to binarization by comparison with the threshold level of pixel brightness, the number of pixels that make up the resulting binary image is counted, the result of this count is taken as an element of the sequence of primary reference or control values of the mark image area with the serial number that was assigned to the original mark image. The sequence of primary reference values of the mark image area is formed when the controlled equipment is turned off. The sequence of primary control values of the area of the image of the label is formed when the monitored equipment is working. Elements of sequences of primary control and reference values of the image area of the label are combined into groups. In each group, the total or arithmetic mean value of the mark image area is calculated, and this value is taken as an element of a numerical numbered sequence of control or reference values of the mark image area, respectively. The relative change in the value of each element of the control sequence of label image area values is calculated by the value of the element of the reference sequence of label image area values with the same serial number. The result obtained is taken as an element of the sequence of primary values of the relative vibration increment of the mark image area with the same serial number. The total or arithmetic mean of the elements of the resulting sequence is calculated. The result obtained is taken as a relative vibrational increment of the mark image area, according to the range of current values of which the technical condition of the controlled equipment is estimated.
EFFECT: simplification of interpretation of the quantitative assessment of the vibration state of the controlled equipment and increase of reliability of control.
