METHOD FOR MONITORING THE TECHNICAL STATE OF MECHANISMS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01M7/02

Abstract RU 2726270 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration monitoring of machines and mechanisms and can be used for control of technical state of mechanisms, both separately functioning and included into composition of more complex equipment. In method implementation in information points of surface associated with equipment, round marks are applied, geometrical parameters of vibration blurring of image of each of these marks during operation of controlled mechanisms, based on the analysis of these parameters, dimensionless invariants of geometrical parameters of the trajectory of the vibration movement of each of the information points, generating sequences of values of invariants, based on statistical processing of sequences assessing the confidence probability that in each of them there is no directed trend, based on the obtained estimates making conclusions on the technical state of the controlled mechanisms.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of validity of control results.
