FIELD: control and measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for technical control of mechanisms and can be used to control the technical condition of mechanisms by changes in mechanical vibrations. When implementing the method, a round-shaped contrast mark is applied at an informative point on the surface associated with the equipment that contains these mechanisms, images of this mark are formed and, based on the analysis of the parameters of the vibration blur of these images, the technical condition of the controlled mechanisms is judged. When testing equipment during operation, a sequence of time-spaced images of the round-shaped mark is formed, the number of pixels that make up each of the images of this sequence is counted, and a numerical sequence is formed, which is taken as a sequence of values of the control area of the mark image. Then a sample of the values of the difference between the values of the area of the image of the mark is formed, this sample is taken as a sample of the values of the increment of the control area of the image of the mark, the statistical hypothesis is tested about the predominance of positive or negative values of the increment of the control area of the image of the mark. After that, the confidence probability of the correct acceptance of this hypothesis is estimated and, based on the range of current values of this estimate, the technical condition of the controlled mechanisms is determined when testing new equipment being put into operation, a sequence of time-spaced images of the round-shaped mark is formed, the number of pixels that make up each of the images of this sequence is calculated, and a numerical sequence is formed, which is taken as a sequence of values of the reference area of the mark image, and as a sample of the values of the increment of the control area of the mark image, a sample of the values of the difference between the elements of the sequences of values of the control and reference area of the mark image with the same ordinal number is taken. In this case, as a sample of the values of the increment of the control area of the mark image, a sample of the values of the difference between the elements of the sequence of values of the control area of the mark image with larger and smaller ordinal numbers in each two-element combination of elements of this sequence is taken.
EFFECT: simplifying the process and increasing the methodological sensitivity of monitoring the vibration state of the object.
