FIELD: camouflage materials.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional coatings based on “porous black silicon” on flexible substrates, absorbing, isolating and reflecting electromagnetic radiation in the spectrum of the near infrared wavelengths, and can be used for camouflage, as multi-purpose absorbing screens in the wavelength range 2.5 - 15.5 µm. In an absorbent material containing a flexible substrate with a layer of nanoporous silicon deposited on it on one side, absorbing infrared radiation and a thermally stabilizing layer on the other side, according to the solution, the layer of nanoporous silicon additionally contains silver nanoparticles in the pore space, and the thermally stabilizing layer is a layer macroporous silicon with iron oxide nanoparticles in the pore space.
EFFECT: expanding the frequency range and increasing the absorption of electromagnetic radiation by the absorbing coating.
