FIELD: coffee machines.
SUBSTANCE: method and device for coffee frothing, where the device comprises a pressure control mechanism (2), a gas pressure source (11), a water container (3) and a back pressure resonant mechanism (4), where the lower part of the back pressure resonant mechanism (4) is the outlet (5) for coffee. When the button (21) is pressed, water having a water pressure of 6-8 bar in a portable coffee maker, or water having a water pressure of 9-11 bar in a household or desktop machine, enters the coffee accommodating cavity (451) for coffee dissolution and extraction. The resonant needle (42) and the rubber ring (43) form a resonant cavity (425); when the compressed coffee slurry passes through the resonant cavity (425), due to the special structure of the compressed coffee slurry and the resonant cavity (425), the coffee slurry is subjected to high frequency vibrations, then foamed sufficiently and flows out of the coffee outlet (5).
EFFECT: design of the device takes up little space and can be used in large and small coffee makers of any model; meanwhile, the coffee foam in the produced coffee can reach 70%.
