SUBSTANCE: methods for manufacturing composite reinforcement.

In the manufacture of fittings by the claimed method, labor intensity is reduced due to the exclusion of manual labor when dosing and mixing the binder components before feeding it into the impregnating bath. Composite reinforcement is obtained from a hybrid roving formed from glass and carbon fibers, continuously fed into an impregnating bath with a binder consisting of liquid epoxidized components with a high specific functionality, containing from 28 to 32% of epoxy groups and a cycloaliphatic monomer - dioxyvinylcyclohexene, containing at least 52 % epoxy groups, its homogenization and heat treatment, followed by chemical modification with polyisocyanate due to the interaction of isocyanate groups with hydroxyls contained in epoxidized components - resorcinol, etriol and pentaerythritol. The hybrid roving is then wrapped with a twisted fiberglass rope impregnated with a binder of the curable hybrid roving.

EFFECT: obtaining high-strength reinforcement, resistant to dynamic and alternating loads, having high rates of heat resistance and chemical resistance.
