FIELD: adhesive materials.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing high-strength and heat-resistant film adhesives involves impregnation of glass or carbon fabric at temperature of 25–40 °C and drawing speed of fabric of 2–4 m/min with a binder. Binder is obtained by fusion and thermostating in a reactor with a high-speed mixer of dicyclopentadiene dioxide, vinylcyclohexene dioxide and high-molecular epoxy diane resin with further cooling of the fused mixture and dissolution in a polar organic solvent. Hardener obtained by reacting tri-(p-aminophenyl)methane with 3,4-dioxycyclohexylmethyl-3',4'-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate is then added to the obtained mixture in the presence of a catalyst—furfuryl alcohol.
EFFECT: invention increases strength of an aging-resistant adhesive joint.
