SUBSTANCE: method of evaluating the anti-inflammatory activity of a biomedical cell product based on bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells by examining the content of cytokines in the blood, namely, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). The method includes determining the concentration of TNF-α in the serum of peripheral blood before and after the introduction of bone marrow MSCs against the background of aseptic inflammation.

EFFECT: invention provides quick and accurate diagnostics of the decrease in the intensity of the aseptic inflammatory process after the use of BMCP reflecting the effectiveness of the use of a particular cell product and the sufficiency of the administered dose.
