DEVICE FOR THERMAL STABILISATION AND HEAT REMOVAL FROM ELECTRONIC MODULES OF TELEVISION EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H01L35/08 H01L35/28

Abstract RU 2589744 C2

FIELD: radio electronics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used to provide temperature modes of operation of elements and assemblies of radioelectronic and television equipment with dissipation of considerable amount of heat. Proposed device for thermal stabilisation and removal of heat, comprising thermoelectric modules, which are located on one side of its surface through a base in thermal contact with a printed-circuit board with radio-electronic items, temperature sensor, electrically connected with control unit, output of which is electrically connected with thermal electric modules, having on other sides of their surfaces through base thermal contact with a heat exchanger, according to invention, thermal contact between separate components of device is provided using deposited on a double-sided printed circuit board with radio-electronic items multiple layers of heat-conducting materials with different coefficients of thermal conductivity λi. First layer has properties of electric insulator with high dielectric constant and heat conductivity λ1, second, third and subsequent layers of heat-conducting materials are characterised by increased thermal conductivity coefficient λi, that is.: λ123<…λn, where n is index number of external layer of heat-conducting materials with maximum possible value from selected range of values of thermal conductivity λ1÷λn and low heat resistance.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of thermal stabilisation and heat removal from radioelectronic elements arranged on two-sided printed circuit boards of television equipment.
