SUBSTANCE: orthodontic microscrew contains a threaded endosseous part, a smooth transmucosal part made with the possibility of contact with the periosteum and mucosa, and a head with rectangular slots for interacting with an orthodontic instrument for transmitting torque to the microscrew and placing wire arches in these slots. The distal end of the endoosseous part is made conical, and a channel is made on it, passing along the distal end and providing the cutting part of the microscrew. On the side walls of the cylindrical head, with the possibility of simultaneous placement of rods in different directions from the microscrew, a transverse groove is made, passing along the perimeter of the head, and diagonal grooves passing between opposite corners of the head on one side and the other, and a transverse rectangular groove is made under the head in the transmucosal part. At the point of intersection of the transverse and diagonal grooves in the head, a through hole is made for drawing an arc through it.

EFFECT: possibility of creating several supports for the bracket system with the help of one microscrew for simultaneous displacement of several teeth adjacent to the microscrew in different directions for bite correction.
