FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is applicable for immediate, early delayed and late delayed two-stage implantation in order to compensate for lost teeth in orthopedic treatment of various types of adentia in upper and lower jaws. Dental implant comprises an intra-bone portion represented by a rounded apical, middle, coronal and cervical portion. Middle, coronal and apical parts have an external self-threading n-lead-in thread. Middle part is made in the form of a cylinder, and the coronal part is made in the form of a truncated cone, the larger base of which is connected to the middle part, and the inclination angle of the generatrixes to the plane of the larger base lies within the profile height of the n-lead-in thread. Using the presented implant design will allow reducing the mechanical load on the peri-implant bone during the installation in order to prevent the development of irreversible ischemia around the endosseous portion of the implant.
EFFECT: design of the implant allows preserving the achieved bone resistance force on one level, which the implant encounters when it is introduced, and does not exceed 50 N⋅cm.
