SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for generating thermal energy and its transmission to the consumer. The hydraulic heating system consists of a diesel boiler house based on a three-pass boiler, which is installed in a casing together with a control system, hydraulic system, power supply system, lighting system, fuel system and pressure compensation system. The control system is located in the automation cabinet behind a common door with the power supply cabinet and is configured to receive information from the coolant pressure and temperature sensors, the sensor of fuel and coolant level in the make-up tank, and the lighting sensor. The power supply system is configured to operate from a 220 V network and/or from a built-in diesel generator with auto start and includes a voltage stabilizer with an uninterruptible device and automatic switching of the power supply source. The fuel system consists of a fuel tank, a fuel filter and fuel pumps located in the structure of the fuel burner and electric generator, the fuel pumps are connected to the fuel tank through a fuel line.
