FIELD: railway rolling stock.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the friction wedges of the friction dampers of the bogie. The wedge is made hollow with an upper horizontal wall, a support platform, an inner rib, a front vertical wall, an inclined wall and two side walls. Identical holes are made in the side walls. An opening is made in the upper wall, one edge of which is located in the plane of the inner rear vertical wall. The rib is curved. The end surface of one part of the inner rib is parallel to the inner surface of the inclined wall. The end surface of its other part is parallel to the inner surface of the front vertical rib and has a radius conjugation with the inner surface of the support platform near the edge of the through hole. Each of the through holes in the side walls is formed by three curved surfaces articulated with each other and one flat surface parallel to the end surface of the inner rib. Each of the opposite side walls is made with a protrusion having a flat end surface at the end. Each of the opposite side walls is made with a stiffening rib adjacent to the rear vertical wall. A groove is made between the protrusion and the stiffening rib. The protrusions, stiffeners and grooves are placed on the side walls symmetrically opposite each other.
EFFECT: warping of the wedge during the movement of the bogie is prevented.
