FIELD: water vending machines.
SUBSTANCE: vending machines for drinking water obtained from water of the public water supply network by its multi-stage purification using a reverse osmosis. Raw water is fed intermittently under appropriate pressure into the reverse osmosis membrane. The resulting permeate is accumulated in a hydraulic accumulator, and the resulting concentrate is sent to the sewer through the hydraulic resistance of the concentrate outlet. In relation to any break at its beginning, for a given time, the source water is passed through the membrane, which is discharged into the sewerage bypassing the hydraulic resistance. Permeate is supplied from the accumulator to the membrane, and inside the membrane this permeate is mixed with the source water located there, forming impurity-depleted water inside the membrane. After that, in the remaining time of the break, diffusion exposure of water depleted in impurities is carried out. The hardware-software system comprises booster pump 5, membrane 6, hydraulic accumulator 12. Pump 5 is included in the break of common inlet pipeline 3. Controller 18 performs program control of pump 5 with three processes of water supply to membrane 6 through common inlet pipeline 3: the process of supplying source water through pipelines 1 and 3 for reverse osmosis purification of source water, the process of supplying source water through pipelines 1 and 3 to replace enriched inside membrane 6 water impurities to the source water and the process of supplying permeate from accumulator 12 through pipelines 16 and 3 to membrane 6 for mixing the permeate with the source water inside membrane 6 and forming internal impurity-depleted water inside membrane 6. Controller 18 provides subsequent diffusion exposure of impurity-depleted water.
EFFECT: increased cleaning efficiency and reduced membrane clogging without additional consumption of washing water using a mixture of permeate and source water.
