FIELD: aqua vending machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vending machines for drinking water obtained from the water of the public water supply mains through its multi-stage purification using reverse osmosis, which is characterized by the intermittent nature of its functioning, objectively determined by the nature of aqua vending. The system contains a reverse osmosis membrane (2) having an inlet (3) for supplying the membrane (2) under pressure of source water through a controlled valve (1), a permeate outlet (4) sent to a hydraulic accumulator (9), and a concentrate outlet (5), sent to the sewer (8) through a hydraulic resistance (6), a pump (10) for dispensing permeate from a hydraulic accumulator (9) to the permeate consumer, as well as a controller (13) for monitoring the source water purification process. The system contains a permeate return pump (11) monitored by a controller (13). The pump is included in the system with the ability to supply, during any of the breaks, the permeate located in the hydraulic accumulator (9) into the reverse osmosis membrane (2) to fill it with this permeate and with the possibility of further diffusion exposure of the permeate in the membrane, monitored by the controller (13), during this break. The system also contains a pump (14) for increasing the pressure of the source water at the inlet (3) of the membrane (2), as well as a line for returning part of the concentrate (5) to the membrane (2) using a pump (14) included in this line. This line also contains a hydraulic resistance (15) for returning the concentrate, a controlled valve (16) and a check valve (17).
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of non-chemical cleaning of the membrane (i.e. cleaning with water) and, as a consequence, increasing the duration of its (membrane) effective operation with the possibility of increasing the degree of permeate yield due to partial mixing of the concentrate into the source water.
