FIELD: dynamometers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic dynamometers used in the research and development of wheeled vehicles in vibroacoustics. The stand comprises a semi-anechoic acoustic chamber, as well as a dynamometer stand with running drums located in the chamber and a device for mounting the vehicle under test over running drums. The fixing device includes two slotted guides routed along the side parts of the vehicle mounted on drums, four stationary posts installed in pairs on the floor of the chamber with a significant extension beyond the front and rear end dimensions of the vehicle being installed, four mobile posts fixed in pairs in the slotted floor guides in the interval between the front and rear ends of the installed vehicle and respectively located stationary racks, the first one, located on the side of the front end of the vehicle, and the second one, located on the side of the rear end of the vehicle, opposite couplers, as well as four winches located under the floor of the said chamber. The first hitch is formed by two belt strands formed from PET tape, each of which comprises a running end attached to the towing hitch of the car, and a root end equipped with a ratchet tension mechanism. The second hitch is made up of two strands formed from steel cables, each of which comprises a running end attached to the towing hitch of the vehicle, and a root end connected to the drum of one of the winches. The stand is equipped with a device for controlling the tensile force formed by an acoustic vibration spectrum analyzer, an impact hammer with a built-in impact force sensor, and a measuring microphone.
EFFECT: reduced vibration excitability of the device for fastening the vehicle to be installed for testing.
