SUBSTANCE: loading and unloading machine (1) contains a tilt sensor (11) configured to output a signal related to the overturning moment applied to the main body relative to the tilt axis, displacement sensors (18) configured to output a signal related to the movements of the loading and unloading of the unloading boom relative to the main body, and a control unit (10) configured to prevent or stop the movement of the loading and unloading boom if the signal characterizing the overturning moment exceeds the actual threshold value, and assign a lower threshold value to the actual threshold value in response to the detected movement lowering the loading/unloading boom, and assigning an extension threshold value to the actual threshold in response to the determined extension movement of the loading/unloading boom.
EFFECT: providing more working space for the loading and unloading boom without the risk of the machine tipping over.
