The controller (116) is configured to determine the initial amount of returnable material in the tipping body of each mining dump truck (40); gaining access to the original useful capacity for each dump truck (40); generating an initial material movement plan; generating initial movement command signals for the operation of loading machines (11) and mining dump trucks (40); determining the current amount of returnable material in the tipping body (44) of each mining dump truck (40); gaining access to a modified payload capacity for each mining truck (40); generating a modified material movement plan and modified movement command signals.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the process of moving material by mining dump trucks and, as a result, minimizing the downtime of dump trucks.
