SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, and namely to mechanisms converting the rotational movement into rotation and reciprocating one and vice versa. The central stationary gear wheel is engaged in a geared way with the pinion's cylindrical gear of the same size as it is, and the pinion's elliptic gear is engaged in a geared way with the elliptic gear wheel of the same size as it is The elliptic gear and the elliptic gear wheel are installed on their shafts so that shaft rotation axis passes through the point called a dividing ellipse focus of the elliptic gear wheel or the elliptic gear of the pinion, which is located on the major semiaxis of the dividing ellipse at distance
