SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the fact that when the base station transmits the channel state indication information by means of the first antenna panel, the channel state indication information is used to indicate the channel state detection results received by the k antenna panels of the base station with respect to at least one BWU of the unlicensed spectrum, where k is positive integer.
EFFECT: terminal receiving results of detecting the state of the channels of various antenna panels of the base station in each block of the frequency band (BWU, Bandwidth Unit), which ensures reliable transmission between the terminal and the base station.
