SUBSTANCE: frequency band state indication method performed by the base station includes detecting the states of n frequency subbands in the shared spectrum, where n≥1; and, if there is a free frequency subband in the n frequency subbands, transmitting n elements of predetermined status indication information to the terminal via the free frequency subband at the initial occupation time position of the free frequency subband, wherein the n status indication information elements are used to indicate the states of the n frequency subbands.
EFFECT: enabling the terminal to timely determine the state of each frequency subband.
