SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining ensiled plant materials using Megasphaera elsdenii anaerobic bacterium and to thus obtained ensiled plant materials, including introducing an effective amount of M. elsdenii NCIMB 41125 cells into the plant material and ensiling the plant material.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain plant material with improved aerobic stability.
