SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is claimed: L. plantarum strain TAK 59 NCIMB42150, a feed containing L. plantarum TAK 59 NCIMB42150 and a method for prolonged feed preservation. The strain of the L. plantarum TAK 59 microorganism under the registration number NCIMB42150 can be used as a feed additive, for the production of feed, by adding a microorganism to the silo, for accelerated fermentation of the feed, and can be used to inhibit the action of pathogenic microbes and microbes containing proteolytic enzymes and prolongation of feed preservation.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to improve the quality of feed from easily ensilaged and moderately hardly ensilaged fodder plants, and to prolong the shelf life of the feed.
