FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to development of biotechnological products – a composition intended for preservation of perennial high-protein legume grasses. Composition for preservation of perennial high-protein legumes contains a consortium of lactic and propionic bacteria with titre of viable cells of not less than 1×108 CFU/cm3 and a hydrolytic and lyase-action poly-enzyme complex in which the ratio of activity units of the controlled cellulase, xylanase, pectin lyase, endopolygalacturonase and cellobiase enzymes is: 1.0:(4.7–5.6):(2.6–3.7):(1.0–1.6):(0.05–0.07) respectively.
EFFECT: disclosed composition for preservation of perennial high-protein legume grasses ensures enhancement of nutritive value of preserved fodders for cattle breeding.
