FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: modular system contains at least one continuously variable transmission for driving at least one working body of the agricultural harvester. At least one stepless gear contains the following components: a package of driving disks and a package of driven disks, each of which contains two conical adjusting disks rotatable around a rotation axis; components transmitting torque, on which a package of driving disks and a package of driven disks are located, and containing a drive shaft made in the form of a hollow shaft, a sleeve connected to the hollow shaft without the possibility of rotation and made with the possibility of axial shift on the hollow shaft along the axis of rotation, and a hollow cylindrical transmission section, to which the hollow shaft is connected without the possibility of rotation. At least one adjusting disk of each of the drive disk pack and the driven disk pack is located on the corresponding hollow shaft with the possibility of axial shift. By varying the components, it is possible to form at least two transmission modules embodying continuously variable transmissions. Two of the components of at least two transmission modules for transmitting force are structurally identical. The adjusting discs of the pack of driving discs and the pack of driven discs of the transfer modules have an identical design, so that the geometric shape of the adjusting discs used within one of the transfer modules and at least for two transfer modules is identical, and in that the hollow cylindrical transfer sections on the master side and the slave side of at least two transmission modules are structurally identical. Hollow cylindrical transmission sections on the driving side and on the driven side are made with the possibility of receiving the corresponding adjusting disk of the drive disk pack and the driven disk pack fixedly located on the corresponding hollow shaft. The agricultural harvester comprises at least one working member configured to be actuated by at least one continuously variable transmission made in the form of a transmission module manufactured by means of a modular system.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction in cost of manufacturing stepless gears made in the form of gear modules for harvesters of various power classes or design series, or at least for harvesters with different working bodies.
