SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining vegetable oil includes saturating the oil with chlorophyll by mixing the oil and algae concentrate. At the same time, a concentrate obtained from dried microalgae Chlorella vulgaris is used as an algae concentrate by extraction with 96% ethyl alcohol and centrifugation, extraction and centrifugation are repeated 4 times, then the supernatants are drained and combined, the alcohol is evaporated on a rotary evaporator at a temperature of 40°C until the alcohol has completely evaporated, mixed with refined or unrefined sunflower oil in a ratio of 1:22.

EFFECT: increasing the biological value of vegetable oils suitable for use both in pure form and in the production of food products and biologically active substances, as well as using these oils as emollients and anti-inflammatory agents for external use.
