METHOD OF EARLY NON-INVASIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF ADENOMYOSIS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B8/00

Abstract RU 2654685 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for the early diagnosis of adenomyosis in women. Ultrasound is performed with visualization and measurement of the thickness of transition zone of “endometrium-myometrium”. By dopplerometry of the uterine vessels in this zone resistance index is determined before functional loading test and after five fold bringing of legs bent at the knee joints to the chest. Value of the functional test coefficient (FTC) is then calculated according to the claimed formula. Then vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-A) is determined in the aspirate of cervical mucus. If there is a combined detection of the thickness of “transition zone” more than 5 mm, CFP more than 1.2 and a VEGF-A level of more than 70 pg/ml, the presence of the first degree of adenomyosis is verified.

EFFECT: method allows for an early non-invasive diagnosis of grade 1 adenomyosis by evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
