SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for filtering and controlling the flow of the working fluid in various industries. The ball valve contains a body with inlet and outlet flanges, a neck and a branch pipe, the free end of which is closed with a lid. The branch pipe axis is located at a right angle to the axes of the inlet and outlet flanges passing through the center of the ball plug. Rotary plug-ball with rotation drive is placed in liners. The filter, made of mesh and having the shape of a cone, is installed in a ring welded into the cylindrical bore of the passage channel of the rotary plug-ball. The stud is located in the neck of the body and is connected at one end to a hole in the swivel plug-ball, and at the other end to a handle pressed to the stud by a nut through a thread in its upper part. The presence of a branch pipe through the opening of which the filter element is removed, cleaned of solid sediment or replaced with a new one, simplifies the maintenance of the ball valve.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the durability of the ball valve, increasing the efficiency of filtering the working medium from mechanical impurities and improving tightness.
