FIELD: cement slurries.
SUBSTANCE: devices for forming samples from cement slurries. A device consisting of a cylindrical body, on the front end part of which an inlet sealing element is fixed, and an outlet sealing element is fixed on the rear end part of the cylindrical body, and the inlet sealing element has a front flange part, the rear end surface of which is pressed against the front end of the cylindrical body, the middle part that is inside the cylindrical body and is pressed with its outer cylindrical surface against the inner surface of the cylindrical body, and a rear part having an outer cylindrical surface, the diameter of which is less than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body, and the outlet sealing element has a rear flange part, a front end surface which is pressed against the rear end of the cylindrical body, and the front part, located inside the cylindrical body and having an outer diameter equal to the outer diameter of the rear part of the inlet sealing element, moreover, an axial cylindrical cavity is made in the inlet sealing element, which has a rear closed end and a front open end and inside which the piston is placed, while in the front flange part of the inlet sealing element there are front through channels for the fluid, communicated with the axial cylindrical cavity, between the end face of the rear surface of the inlet sealing element and the front end surface of the outlet sealing element, a rock sample taken from the formation under study is placed, which is fixed between the above-mentioned surfaces of the sealing elements by a collar, in the space in the axial cylindrical cavity, which is located between the rear surface of the piston and the front surface of the rock sample, cement slurry is poured, and the outlet sealing element is provided with rear through channels for the fluid, and between the inner cylindrical surface of the housing and the collar surface forms an annular cavity designed to fill it with a crimping liquid, through which rock pressure is created on the rock sample.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the results of the study of the cement stone properties.
