SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining a compound of formula I (S)-3-(((((R)-l-(((S)-2-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)propanoyl)oxy)ethoxy)carbonyl)amino)methyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The method involves reaction of (S)-((R,S)-1-((2-fluorophenoxy)carbonyloxy)ethyl 2-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)propanoate (compound 4) with pregabalin. The invention also relates to (S)-((R,S)-1-((2-fluorophenoxy)carbonyloxy)ethyl 2-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)propanoate (compound 4) and (R)-1-(((2-fluorophenoxy)carbonyl)oxy)ethyl (S)-2-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)propanoate (4а).
EFFECT: obtaining (S)-3-(((((R)-l-(((S)-2-(6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)propanoyl)oxy)ethoxy)carbonyl)amino)methyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid.
