SUBSTANCE: invention is proposed with the purpose of providing the possibility of time synchronization of the uplink. It is achieved by determining, based on the beam information of the first beam and the ephemeris information of the satellite base station, the uplink synchronization frame number of the first cell corresponding to the first beam, determining the timing information of the first terminal apparatus in the first cell based on the uplink synchronization frame number communication lines of the first cell, where the timing information is used to indicate a time advance or a time lag, and output the timing information.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of time synchronization of the uplink.
