SUBSTANCE: terminal device receives first indication information, which indicates the duration of the first parameter information, which includes at least one of the following information: first timing advance, first timing advance parameter information, first frequency offset precompensation or first frequency offset precompensation parameter information; terminal device communicates via uplink with satellite for duration of action based on first information on parameters and, having received first indication information, can obtain duration of information on parameters, such as first timing advance, information on parameters of the first synchronization advance, first pre-compensation of frequency shift or information on parameters of first pre-compensation of frequency shift. Thus, there is no need to listen to whether information on parameters is updated during the duration of action.
EFFECT: improved communication characteristics with simultaneous reduction of power consumption of the terminal device and communication complexity.
