SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for thermal neutralization of industrial effluents generated in gas, gas condensate and oil fields and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical and other sectors of the economy. The device for thermal neutralization of industrial effluents contains a system of gas and liquid supply pipelines with shut-off equipment, an industrial effluent neutralization device equipped with two horizontal burners and connected to a liquid supply pipeline through a liquid inlet pipe, and to a gas supply pipeline through a gas inlet pipe. One of the horizontal burners is an ignition burner with expanding nozzles, nozzles, and a Coanda-shaped baffle attached to the bottom of the burner and connected to the gas supply pipeline. The device for thermal neutralization of industrial effluents is equipped with an additional device for the neutralization of industrial effluents, equipped with two burners. The system of pipelines for supplying gas and liquid is additionally provided with a pipeline for the reserve supply of industrial effluents, equipped with a valve that ensures the exit of the liquid flow from the pipeline for the reserve supply of industrial effluents, an additional pipeline equipped with a valve and connecting the pipeline for the reserve supply of industrial effluents with an additional device for neutralizing industrial effluents with the possibility of supplying industrial effluent flow to expanding burner nozzles. The pipeline of the gas supply line is additionally connected to the burners of the additional device for the neutralization of industrial effluents with the possibility of supplying a gas flow to the expanding nozzles of the burners, ensuring the passage of the gas flow through the valve and the ball valve, and with the gas supply to the expanding nozzles of the burners simultaneously to the device for neutralizing industrial effluents and to additional device for the neutralization of industrial effluents.

EFFECT: improving the quality of thermal neutralization of industrial effluents due to the complete utilization of industrial effluents from the field, ensuring a safe operation of the complex gas treatment plant.
