Moreover, the system (1) contains: at least one detecting device (4) configured to detect at least one parameter indicating the degree of cleanliness of the tape (2) on at least one part of the tape (2); at least one device (5) for cleaning, equipped with at least one nozzle (9) to create a jet of cleaning liquid; moreover, the nozzle (9) is located so that the jet of cleaning liquid is directed to the tape (2); a control device (6) configured to control the cleaning device (5) based on at least one parameter indicative of the degree of cleanliness of the belt (2); the first moving node (7), configured to move the detecting device (4) along the direction (A), transverse to the direction (S1) of the circulation of the tape (2); moreover, the detecting device (4) is active when moving to detect a plurality of parameters indicating the degree of cleanliness of the belt (2) in various parts of the belt (2); the second moving unit (8), configured to move the cleaning device (5) along the direction (A), transverse to the direction (S1) of the circulation of the tape (2), while the second moving unit (8) includes: the second moving device (20); a second carriage (19) moved by the second driving device (20) and connected to the device (5) for cleaning; a second guide (18) configured to direct the movement of the second carriage (19) and extending along an axis (A) substantially transverse to the direction (S1) of circulation of the belt (2); a carrier frame (17) supporting a rail (18), wherein the carrier frame (17) comprises two substantially identical posts (22) attached to a second rail (18) such that the rail (18) and posts (22) are arranged to form a structure of the bridge type over the tape (2).
