SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a means for hygienic treatment of facial prostheses — epitheses. A method of manufacturing a composition for the care of facial prostheses is mixing its ingredients in appropriate proportions. First deionized water 250°C is poured into the mixing container (reactor), then, with stirring, sorbitol, 1,2-pentanediol, hydroxyacetophenone, previously diluted in a separate container in deionized water at a temperature of 50°C and at a mass ratio of acetophenone: water of 1:10 are sequentially introduced, the components are mixed until a homogeneous solution, then sodium cocoamphoacetate, an aqueous extract from the wood of a common pine trunk, a lysate of lactobacilli, a fermented licorice extract are sequentially introduced into the reactor with stirring the solution until obtaining of 100 g of homogeneous solution with the following content of components, wt.%: 10.0 of water extract from the wood of the trunk of Scotch pine, subspecies Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica (Pinus Sylvestris Trunk Water); 2.0 of lactobacillus lysate (Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate); 1.0 of fermented licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra Fermented Filtrate); 3.0 of 1,2-pentanediol (pentylene glycol); 3.0 of sorbitol; 1.0 of sodium cocoamphoacetate; 0.7 of hydroxyacetophenone; up to 100.0 of deionized water.

EFFECT: manufacture of a means of effective cleaning of facial prostheses from physical and biological contaminants, a composition of soft, non-irritating action on the mucous membranes and skin of patients with combined defects of the face and jaws.
