FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant concrete intended for use in concrete and reinforced concrete structures and products operating under high temperatures. The composition includes 50–80 wt.% of talcomagnesite or talcochlorite, as well as 15–30 wt.% of heat-resistant cement. It additionally comprises 5-20 wt.% water. The size of fractions of talcomagnesite or talcochlorite is 0.05–60.00 mm. Talcomagnesite or talcochlorite is crushed and separated according to the size of the fractions by sifting through a sieve. Then it is mixed with heat-resistant cement and water at a speed of 15-30 rpm until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then the resulting mass is poured into a mould, vibrated using vibrators with a driving force of 0.5-15.0 kN. Next, the mass is kept in shape for two to three days. The product is removed from the mould and kept for at least 28 days at an air temperature of 15-50°C and air humidity up to 100%.

EFFECT: making products with high thermal conductivity and uniform structure without using high-temperature equipment.
