FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to heat-resistant concrete. The composition of a heat-resistant composite material based on a natural mineral containing magnesite, chlorite, talc, additionally contains heat-resistant cement, while talc-magnesite or talcum peach with a fraction size of 10-40 mm is used as a natural mineral with the following ratio of components, weight percentage: natural mineral 85-90, heat-resistant cement 10-15. The method for manufacturing a product from a heat-resistant composite material is characterized by the fact that talc-magnesite or talcum peach is crushed and divided according to the size of the fractions, sieved through sieves with a cell size of 10 to 40 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer with heat-resistant cement and water at a speed of 20 rpm until a homogeneous mass is obtained, the mass is poured into molds made of polyester resins, the solidified mass is removed from the molds after three days and kept at room temperature for at least 28 days.
EFFECT: simpler method for manufacturing a product with a high heat capacity without using high-temperature equipment.
