SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing mastic rollers. The method includes steps in which: a set of deviations (27) is determined between a set of measurement points distributed over the outer surface of the tank and the inner surface of the supporting structure. Said deviations (27) are determined parallel to the thickness direction of the reservoir at said measurement points. Deviations (27) are determined depending on the installation position of the tank in the internal space of the supporting structure and the dimensions in three coordinates of said tank and said internal space of the supporting structure. Rolls of mastic are made to be applied between the inner surface of the supporting structure and the outer surface of the tank. The rollers have cross-sectional dimensions determined depending on the specified deviations (27) mentioned.

EFFECT: possibility of eliminating the formation of stress concentration zones in the sealed membrane, which potentially lead to deterioration of the sealed membrane.
