SUBSTANCE: method for preeclampsia diagnosis in pregnant women with chronic kidney disease (CKD) includes determination of a soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase and placental growth factor are determined in pregnant woman's blood, the ratio of the first value to the second is calculated, and at the ratio greater than 20 in the second trimester of pregnancy and at the ratio greater than 65 in the third trimester of pregnancy, preeclampsia is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to diagnose the disease, start timely monitoring of preeclampsia signs, treatment and timely preparation for delivery.
