FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to prosthetics and points of attachment of external devices to prostheses. The prosthesis, predominantly of the hand or forearm, contains a hand connected with a sleeve that is put on the injured arm instead of its amputated part, a processor controller built into the sleeve or hand for generating control signals, equipped with an external device control interface, and an attachment unit on the surface of the sleeve or hand of the external devices. The processor controller is made with an output interface for connecting external electronic or electromechanical devices. On the surface of the sleeve or brush, at least one attachment point for one external device is made in the form of a socket or seat, which is a mating part of the attachment on the external device. On the surface of this mating part there are contacts for connecting the external device to the output interface of the processor controller to control the external device. The unit for attaching an external device to the prosthesis contains a counterpart attached to the sleeve or hand of the prosthesis or made integral with this sleeve or hand, and a part fixed to the external device to be attached or made integral with it. Neodymium magnets are placed on the seat of the mating part and a contact pad is formed, on the field of which there are contacts for communication with power supply and the processor controller. Part of the attachment unit located on the external device, repeats the design of the counterpart in terms of the location of neodymium magnets and contacts. The node for attaching an external device to the prosthesis contains a part in the form of a Picatinny or Weaver bar, fixed on the sleeve or hand of the prosthesis or made integral with this sleeve or hand, and a part in the form of a Picatinny or Weaver bar, fixed on the external device to be attached or made integral with it. On the sleeve or brush on the seat of a Picatinny or Weaver bar, a contact pad is formed, on the field of which there are contacts for communication with the power supply and the processor controller. The part of the attachment unit, located on the external device, repeats the layout of the contacts on a Picatinny or Weaver bar. The node for attaching the external device to the prosthesis is made in the form of a bayonet mount and contains a counterpart attached to the sleeve or hand of the prosthesis or made integral with this sleeve or hand, and a part fixed to the external device to be attached or made integral with it. At the seat of the mating part there is a magnet fixing the fixed position of the part on the external device, and a contact pad is formed, on the field of which there are contacts for communication with the power supply and the processor controller. The part of the attachment unit, located on the external device, repeats the design of the counterpart in terms of the location of the magnets and contacts. The assembly for attaching the external device to the prosthesis is made in the form of a dovetail connection and contains a mating part fixed on the sleeve or hand of the prosthesis or made integral with this sleeve or hand, and a part fixed to the external device to be attached or made integral with it. A contact pad is formed on the seat of the mating part, on the field of which there are contacts for communication with power supply and a processor controller, and at least one magnet fixing the position of the part on the external device in relation to the magnet arrangement. The part of the attachment unit, located on the external device, repeats the design of the counterpart in terms of the location of the magnets and contacts.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve performance by expanding the functionality of the prosthesis by providing connection of external devices aggregated on the prosthesis, hardware and software that allow communication with the prosthesis controller.
