FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prostheses assemblies for external lower extremity prosthetic repair, particularly, to artificial feet with adjustable height of footwear heel without adjustment or dismantling of prosthesis. Ankle prosthesis assembly of foot comprises lining from micro cellular polyurethane, articulated frame of ankle and ankle body, shock absorber and heel height adjusting facility arranged in front part of ankle frame. On side surfaces of coating there are openings. Adjustment device of heel height is fixed on frame and is made in form of a rotary T-shaped plate with thrusts and locking slots, contacting with retainer representing a narrow spring plate with limiting ledges. Upper surface of plate has uneven ledges in contact with housing ankles. Frame is made assembled and includes frame and insert, connected to each other in rear part. Front part of frame lower surface is made arched. Frame is made from aluminium alloy.
EFFECT: higher reliability of design of prosthesis.
