FIELD: aerosol generation.
SUBSTANCE: aerosol-forming unit comprises: an aerosol-forming substrate; a heating layer, wherein the heating layer surrounds the concave part, and the aerosol-forming substrate is disposed in the concave part; and a cover layer covering at least a portion of the heating layer and an opening of the concave portion, wherein the aerosol-forming substrate is disposed between the heating layer and the cover layer; the through hole is provided at a position of the cover layer corresponding to the hole; and the heating layer is configured to generate eddy currents in the magnetic field to generate heat, so that the aerosol-forming substrate is heated to form aerosols.
EFFECT: preventing the burning taste or odour caused by heating the reusable heating layer and improving aerosol taste.
