SUBSTANCE: invention relates to display devices, namely to liquid crystal display modules. Device comprises a touchscreen, an upper substrate, a lower substrate, a liquid crystal layer, an upper polarizer and a lower polarizer. At least one fingerprint detecting sensor is provided between the upper polarizer and the lower polarizer, wherein each fingerprint detecting sensor is electrically connected to a control chip. At least one light sensor is provided between the upper polarizer and the lower polarizer, or on the touchscreen. Each light sensor is electrically connected to the control chip, wherein the device is configured to select some of the fingerprint detecting sensors using at least one light sensor for fingerprint detecting.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing power consumption.
