FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method to manufacture simple orthopaedic shoes designed to correct defects of a plantar foot part applies a composite insole made of two parts that are temporarily connected to each other with a double-sided adhesive tape to perform a technological process. After manufacturing and removal of shoes from a last, the upper part of the composite insole is removed, and an orthopaedic insole is fixed in its place. For tack tightening of an upper blank, a metal part in the form of a horseshoe is installed into the upper part of the composite insole to follow the contour of the tightening edge, which provides for bending of the tack sharp edge.
EFFECT: proposed method requires less labour inputs and costs, and also provides for convenient free position of feet in shoes.
