SUBSTANCE: invention is related to means for initiating automatic pyrotechnic systems of aerospace, aviation, naval and special equipment, as well as to the field of explosive works, in particular to the design of actuators for laser initiation systems. The laser radiation input unit consists of a metal case, in which an optical connector for a fiber-optic cable for radiation delivery and integrity testing, a focusing optical system that provides the required optical power density, and a loading cavity for installing an igniter composition are coaxially placed. At the same time, a reflective coating is applied on the output surface of the optical elements of the focusing optical system, which makes it possible to fully check the integrity of the optical system before the device is triggered.

EFFECT: increasing the ignition efficiency or reducing energy consumption by compressing the output laser beam using the air gap created by the spacer between the fiber and the focusing lens, which, in turn, increases the power density of the energy focused on the surface of the igniter composition.
